The spread of COVID-19 worldwide continues to be a challenge. As the global scenario evolves, we want to immediately reassure that Intellect is carefully monitoring the situation and has taken all necessary precautions for employees, customers, partners and vendors.
At Intellect, in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure of dealing with a Pandemic outbreak, we have put in place a Business Continuity framework globally , with a view to maintain our ability to serve you to the highest standards while keeping our teams safe and healthy.
We are writing to you at this point that no one has been found symptomatic or is known to have been in contact with anyone who is. We have implemented preventive and control measures including restricting travel, limiting in-person meetings in favor of virtual meetings and putting in place enhanced visitor restrictions as necessary. We are in a state of preparedness to get our teams to be able to work remotely with no interruption to their day-to-day activities or our ability as a business to provide support to you.
We have proactively set up a Covid task force and this team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity and to support the safety and health of our associates. In addition, we are operating in accordance to directives from local government and public health authorities across the globe.

Intellect has constituted an enterprise wide Covid – 19 taskforce to monitor the situation and activate BCP as appropriate. This task force has proactively initiated various measures since mid February across areas such as Business Continuity, Prevention, International and Domestic travel, Vendor Management and Communication as below:
Business Continuity -Teams on 50:50 model operating from multi site / work from home have been identified, supported by necessary infrastructure / connectivity requirements. Mock BCP drills specific to the pandemic event was initiated in the week of Mar 16th.
Prevention – Appointment of Flu Managers at each of the office facilities. Awareness created on hygiene requirements, frequent sanitisation of offices, screening of visitors at entry points, temperature check of employees. Meetings / Workshops through digital collaboration platforms.
Travel – International Travel restricted. Only essential domestic travel. Home quarantine for employees returning from overseas travel.
Vendor Management – Identification of alternate vendor teams and remote supplier meetings.
Communication – Constant connect with customers on business continuity and employee awareness. Covid – 19 response team set up centrally with representation at each location for communication cascades, query resolution and quick turnaround in decision making.
